DAY 1 - Srinagar Arrival And Local Sightseeing

When you arrive at Srinagar Airport on the first day of your Kashmir tour itinerary, our executive will meet you and give you a name placard. You can either check into your reserved hotel room or start your local sightseeing in Srinagar right away. The Nishat Garden, Shalimar Garden, Botanical Garden, Chasm-e-Shahe, and Pari Mahal are a few of Srinagar’s gardens. Additionally, you will get to enjoy the once in a lifetime opportunity to ride the famous Shikara in Dal Lake at sunset. You can go for Shopping in Srinagar and can also eat food along the Dal Lake. At the end of the day our driver will drop you at your Hotel.

DAY 2 - Pahalgam Day Tour

On the second day of your Kashmir tour itinerary, we will take a road trip from Srinagar to Pahalgam. We will reach Pahalgam in 2 hr 15 min (89.2 km). Pahalgam is a beautiful hill station where you can see the Lidder River flowing through beautiful meadows. If you’re looking for activities, you can do water rafting, Zorbing or go for a Pony ride to beautiful places like Mini-Switzerland, Baisaran, Pahalgam Valley, and Waterfall. You can also You also visit the Beetab Valley, named after the Bollywood film “Betaab”. Then you can visit Aru Valley and have some snacks there, then we are going to come back to Srinagar.

DAY 3 - Gulmarg Day Tour

We will drive from Srinagar to Gulmarg on the third day of your Kashmir tour itinerary. It’s 52 km from Srinagar and will take us about 2 hours to get there. Gulmarg is renowned for its activities and natural beauty. After reaching Gulmarg we can do the local sightseeing. If your Kashmir tour package includes a Gondola ride, we will start there first. There are plenty of snow-related activities available to you if you visit during the winter, including skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing. In Summer you can do ATV Ride and Pony Ride, At last we are going to come back to our Hotel at Srinagar.

DAY 4 - Sonmarg Day Tour and Houseboat Stay

We will drive from Srinagar to Sonmarg on the fourth day of your Kashmir tour itinerary. We will need about two hours to travel the 80 kilometers there from Srinagar. Sonmarg is a famous hill station in Kashmir. You can do water rafting and go for a pony ride to Thajiwas Glacier. Tourists visit Thajiwas Glacier to enjoy its beautiful views, build snowmen, and enjoy a sledding ride. At the end of the day, we will go back to Srinagar. In Srinagar, you are going to stay on a houseboat at Nigeen Lake, where you will spend the night.

DAY 5 - Departure

Enjoy breakfast at your Srinagar hotel on the fifth day of your Kashmir tour itinerary, depending on when you have to depart or catch your flight. Take a final look at Dal Lake or the Mughal Gardens. If you have more time before your flight, you might want to do some last-minute shopping at a nearby market. Pashmina Shawls, Kashmiri carpets, and handicrafts created by regional artists are available for purchase. In order for our driver to drop you off at the Srinagar Airport, it is advised that you arrive at the airport two hours prior to the flight.

Useful Tips Before Booking

  • If your flights involve a combination of different airlines, you may have to collect your luggage on arrival at the connecting hub and register it again while checking in for the return journey to your origin.

  • 30 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost
  • 15 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost
  • 0 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given
  • Please Note: Cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy.
  • In peak season (example: long weekends, festival season, summer vacation etc.) most of the hotels charge 100% cancellation

  • Your flights are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, you will not get any refund for flights.

If you Cancel your Holiday
You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below :

If we change or cancel your holiday

We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.
We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather):We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn't already commenced.
If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you.
In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees.
If you want to change your holiday plan
After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.

If you have a complaint
If you face any problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier, transporter etc.) and/or our representative immediately who will endeavor to set things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to us, with your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we are happy to assist you in the redressal of your complaint, if any, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the respective service provider. All third party service providers are independent contractors who are at no time under our control or supervision.

All booking vouchers and tickets will be provided 3 days before departure.
